Club Bangkok

Club Bangkok is formed by three energic young men who saw the hole in the nightlife of İstanbul and then started a ‘club night’. In the mid-2010 Doğu took Hakan Odabaşı and Onur yazıcı beside him and started the İstanbul foot of Bangkok nights. The Bangkok DJ’s succeeded to leave a smile on the faces of the audience as they leave the club and a hangover in their bodies the next day for over a year now. As well as combining 'Old-Skool-Indie' bands like The Clash, The Sonics, Sex Pistols with Libertines, Futureheads and friends, the DJ’s add marches from Blur or Franz Ferdinand and make it close to impossible for the audience not to be happy.

Example

Main Stage

English singer and rapper Elliot John Gleave as known as Example is going to take stage at Babylon Soundgarden Cesme on August 31. Example, who grew up with Wu Tang Clan and Snoop Dogg albums, caught the attention of radio programmers, producers and especially Mike Skinner of The Streets with his self released singles. He signed with Skinner’s label The Beats In 2006 and made a breakthrough with Vile, which was a respond to Lilly Allen’s Smile. His first chart appearance came with his second album Won’t Go Quietly, reaching number 4 on the UK Albums Chart. Another successful single from Won’t Go Quietly, Kickstart also became an outstanding hit and debuted at number 3. With Changed the Way You Kiss Me and Stay Awake singles, Example’s nominated for BRIT Awards and 4Music Video Honours in 2011. Example continues vibrating charts with his positively reviewed latest album, Playing In the Shadows and now he’s working on his anticipated new album.

Bedük likes to push his boundaries by reinventing himself constantly with his fresh materials like Heartbreaker, Electric Girl, Ful Animasyon, Discobreaker and with his sensational music videos. So be prepared to be amazed!

Multitap

Formed in 2006, Multitap started their music career as a cover band. After their recent victory in Miller Music Factory contest, this newcomer local indie rock band accelerated the studio productions and released their highly anticipated debut album Takım Oyunu. Their quirky videos and catchy songs attracted a large crowd locally and now they are going to give their endless energy to Babylon Soundgarden Cesme.

Kolektif İstanbul

Kolektif İstanbul, one of the Istanbul’s most unique music collectives, are going to perform their latest and kitsch songs with an amusing show. Their ability to mix and match Anatolian music with Balkan roots, funk, jazz and traditional melodies promises one of the most spontaneous and unpredictable performances of the season.
